Pls Heeeeeeeeelp. I like Panda very much, but this is really unbelievable. Panda Platinum when you decide to uninstall it, it completely corrupt your lsp, and you must use an lsp fix program, so you can use internet again.
Not so bad fixing after using lsp fix and a reboot. Panda Platinum They removed this bug of corrupting lsp, but they've added another really good one: Panda make my lan totally unusable. Without Panda everithing is working fine. Installing it I can't connect to my other pc at all. I have made an always allow connections rule, all protocols, all ports for the other pc using both by IP and by MAC address on both of my pc's.

I would not recommend installing this product. Most of the time it's fine after all, it's supposed to run in the background and not be noticed. Once, however, the auto-update failed and required me to manually download and install the full client. It manifestly failed to do so, citing the fact that a previous uninstall hadn't finished.
After trying everything tech support suggested, including editing Registry entries, I had to concede defeat and opted for AVG's free scanner. I found this review helpful because I too have been having trouble with the firewall. Keeps sending me messages I don't understand and pop ups remind me that I need to enable firewall and I have clicked on Yes a hundred times by now. I have emailed them twice. Second time they have not answered, first time took about 4 days before I got a reply which was completely unhelpful.
The way a protection security pack should be. Norton came preloaded on many pc's i've owned and i've found it slows down the system and renewing is difficult with poor customer service - McAffee never stops popping up notices and offering upgrades but panda is always there and just working away in the background - it's a shame it's not acheiving such widespread success than it should… Read Full Review.
I have been using Panda software for past 5 years. It picks up and removes all types of viruses including the ones un-detectable by Norton, Macfee, AVG and many others. By comparison, both Norton and McAfee automatically scan both the memory and hard drives.
Like its competitors, though, Panda does conduct a full system scan immediately following setup. In our test, the scan took 26 minutes, performance that's on a par with initial scans by Norton and McAfee.
Panda automatically installs and configures its built-in firewall but also allows you to disable the firewall if you choose. Like McAfee's firewall Norton doesn't include one , Panda creates a list of installed programs that require Internet access and doesn't attempt to block them thereafter.
Surprisingly, in our test, Panda failed to include America Online in this list of programs. However, it's easy to correct such an oversight, using a pop-up menu that appears whenever Panda first denies a program access to the Net.
Panda's redesigned interface makes it a breeze to change default settings. To change the mail-protection settings, for instance, simply click the Panda icon and check the appropriate boxes on the subsequent screens.
