I have a small dog and the complex is very dog friendly. I find my area of the complex is very quiet and calm… no really loud neighbors, etc. In general, very quiet complex. Clean laundromats, nice pool area with hot tub. All the amenities I expected when I moved in. Rebecca and her staff in the office are awesome! Very easy to talk to, understanding and extremely helpful! Had my car die in the office parking lot one afternoon… was really crunched for time.

I have lived in many different conditions goin from sleeping in the dirt with the rats and dog poo everywhere with a cealin made of cardboard, to a sf bedroom with room service and even a butller, ridiculous and I can tell u this place is pretty average. So here comes my actual review. If have some one that is staying longuer, then you need a permit witch is cool since I have noticed that tenants from other apts.
Is good, they keep the place clean over all. However there are places that need a little more attention thant others since this place has a lots of trees and is very grenny, which is good. True the washer machines are always braking and that is unacceptable considering how pricy the rates are.
But they do manage to fix them in a aceptable time. Same with the doors gates. The maint. The staff is very respectful. The units are well maintained, and they are spacious with a good price, however if you want the best contract usually the 12 months one are the cheapest, a part from that it gets ridiculous pretty quick with very random rates.
Going from monthly per year contract to monthly per month on the same unit, ludicrous. In general I think this is a good place to live, is a good community, you see children playing on the road and pets are welcome which is wonderful since I have 2 doggies, neighbors are good people, but like anywhere else in the world that you may be, not everyone will like you or you like everyone.
The place is pretty safe as well, night patrol does his job patrolling every 2 hours or so at night. So to finilize it all depends on your expectations and what you are looking for. I hope this review help you in your decision.
