Filter by Lables. Message 1 of 4. Constraining Flat Head socket screws. What is the best way to constrain a Flat Head socket screw in a counter sunk hole? I have tried using the tangent constraint on the conical portion and mate constraint on center lines.

Inventor accepts this without any warnings but then gives messages saying that parts are over constrained on placement of any further socket head cap screw using the insert constraint.
